WorldClockTools · Time, simplified
World clock, timezone converter, and meeting planner built for remote teams, digital nomads, and anyone working across timezones.
Your local time
Detecting your timezone…
What time is it right now
Right now it's 04:43 UTC on Tuesday, 2 June 2026. That's 12:43 AM in New York, 5:43 AM in London, 1:43 PM in Tokyo, 2:43 PM in Sydney, 10:13 AM in Mumbai.

Methodology
City and timezone calculations use IANA timezone identifiers where possible, so offsets follow real regional rules instead of fixed UTC shortcuts.
Daylight-saving changes are date-aware. If a region changes policy, regenerated pages pick up the updated rule set from the app data pipeline.
Live clocks depend on the visitor's device clock. They are useful for scheduling, but they are not a certified atomic-clock reference.
Saved cities, teams, and preferences stay in the browser on the same device unless you explicitly share or export them.
Data-backed checks
Timezone rules
IANA tzdb
IANA identifiers keep offsets date-aware instead of fixed to one UTC shortcut.
City records
GeoNames
GeoNames-derived records anchor city pages, search, and popular hub lists.
Freshness

Live values render on request; editorial/source notes carry the reviewed date.
Sources: IANA tzdb, GeoNames-derived city records, Nager.Date, OurAirports, exchange calendars, and curated event source links. Source notes

Live snapshots: Current times, daylight, market states, and countdown values are rendered at request time; review dates describe the underlying content, not a guarantee that authorities, exchanges, airlines, or event organizers will not change schedules.
Language evidence
This homepage is treated as the safe localized surface for global English-language users. It shows native copy, route boundaries, canonical data policy, and entry points before we expose deeper generated pages in that language.

English is rendered with the en Intl locale and LTR document direction hint.
4 language-ready routes
Only homepage-level tools are opened broadly: Homepage, World clock, Time-zone converter, Meeting planner. Generated city, airport, holiday, and days-until routes stay canonical unless separately approved.

global English-language users. Examples used on this page include New York, London, Tokyo, Singapore.
shared source data
IANA timezone rules, exchange sessions, airport codes, holidays, and countdown dates come from the same canonical datasets in every language.
content before expansion
English remains the canonical editorial layer for deep generated pages, source methodology, and long-form guidance.
Localized entry matrix
The language homepage links to a deliberately small route surface. This keeps hreflang clean while the broad city, airport, holiday, countdown, and market inventory continues to use canonical data and English-first crawl controls.

14 index-ready home locales
15 locale shells are supported; Arabic remains reachable but noindex until RTL QA is complete.
homepage/tool cluster only
Homepage, world clock, converter, and meeting planner can advertise localized alternates. Generated route families stay English-canonical unless they have native depth.
current time in London · EST to GMT · NYSE hours
These are representative English search intents the homepage now answers without opening broad deep-page inventory.
Regional workflow fit
Regional examples and workflow examples are visible on the page so the locale is not just a translated shell. They show what users can do immediately without sending Google into unfinished deep localized route families.
New York, London, Tokyo, Singapore anchor the locale to places users are likely to search before opening broader city directories.
global team scheduling; market-session checks; flight and city-time planning are the practical tasks this homepage should satisfy first.
New localized route families should be opened only when metadata, body copy, internal links, canonical rules, and source caveats are all native-quality.

How people use it
Use the homepage as a quick starting point when you need to answer a time question before opening a deeper tool. Live clocks, city pages, converters, meeting planning, market hours, countdowns, and source notes are grouped so you can move from a simple check to a more careful decision.
The localized landing pages keep the same indexed routes and canonical safeguards, while the visible copy explains where the data comes from and when a specialized tool is better than a plain world clock.
Check whether a colleague is in normal working hours, then open the planner when more than two regions are involved.
Look up destination time before flights, hotel check-ins, interviews, family calls, or same-day itinerary changes.
Translate exchange sessions, livestreams, launches, and public dates into the time shown on your own device.
