[Operator legal name TBD] is committed to making WorldClockTools accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. This statement applies to worldclocktools.com.

1. Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referenced by the European Accessibility Act (EU Directive 2019/882, in force since 28 June 2025), Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act, and the UK Public Sector Bodies Accessibility Regulations 2018.

Current self-assessment: partially conformant. Some content does not yet fully meet the standard.

2. Known limitations

Some interactive maps and decorative imagery are not yet fully described to assistive technology.
A small number of legacy components have insufficient colour contrast in dark mode.
Some clock-tick animations cannot yet be paused beyond the operating system "reduce motion" setting.

We are working to remove these limitations.

3. Compatibility

The Service is designed to be compatible with current versions of major browsers and screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack). Feature failures with assistive technology are bugs we will fix.

4. Feedback and enforcement

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please email privacy@worldclocktools.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact:

EU: your national accessibility supervisory authority.
UK: the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC).
US: file a complaint with the relevant agency under the ADA / Section 508.

5. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 2026-04-25 based on a self-evaluation. It is reviewed at least annually.
