夏時間を考慮して、あるゾーンの時刻を別のゾーンへ変換します。日付とIANA規則を使うため、固定UTC差より正確です。
方法
可能な限り IANA 識別子を使い、固定 UTC 差ではなく実際の地域ルールに従います。
DST は日付に応じて処理されます。地域の制度変更は再生成時に更新データへ反映されます。
ライブ時計は端末の時計に依存します。予定調整には有用ですが、認証された原子時計ではありません。
保存した都市、チーム、設定は、共有や書き出しをしない限り同じ端末のブラウザ内に残ります。
